JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Validates that documents provided by field locations to support bank withdrawal compliance with state law and Company policies and procedures
Interprets and evaluates documentation to verify information on all service and merchandise deliveries or cancellations is completed with accuracy and consistency and submits for approval before processing by the trustees
Demonstrates quick response to document inquiries and directs locations with clear instructions on incomplete, missing or corrections needed
Follows up on outstanding open contracts to obtain resolution. Researches availability of other potential documents to substantiate the withdrawals
Trains field locations on documentation requirements and proper completion
Assists in maintaining database for state regulatory requirements and coordinates with state-specific specialist when changes are needed
Assist in processing of trust withdrawals as needed
Maintains professional and cooperative relationships with all field locations
MINIMUM Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Two (2) years of business office experience specializing in using/supporting business systems
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Well organized and ability to prioritize high traffic emails and workload
Proficient with PC software such as Excel, other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in both written and oral communications
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask

Potential for limited amount of local and/or multiple location traveling required

Working a number of evenings each month to clear backlog
