SchoolMint's Implementation & Professional Services team implements SchoolMint's products as part of our mission to streamline the K-12 admissions and enrollment process for families. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring schools and parents have a happy and successful experience with SchoolMint. This role manages the site set-up and training of the SchoolMint product and supporting new customer questions, concerns, and best practices for their solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the SchoolMint platform with charter school organizations and small districts
- Work with customers to understand their strategic enrollment process and project goals, translate that process into a configuration plan for the SchoolMint software, and develop a project plan to successfully reach each milestone
- Coordinate with internal resources in engineering, product at internal support to ensure customer data and forms are set up within the solution
- Configure the SchoolMint instance and demo core features to client project team refining as needed
- Train customers to ensure they are adequately equipped to successfully use the product
- Manage and deepen relationships with school partners
- Collect and manage product feedback from schools to share with engineering and product teams, and participate in product development conversations
- Strategically address software challenges encountered by parents and schools, and identify prompt resolutions
- Contribute to team initiatives, including the creation of knowledge, processes, and tools to improve the efficiency and productivity of SchoolMint implementations
Qualifications
Requirements:
- BA or BS degree or higher
- 1-3 years relevant experience in project management, account management, or customer success role at a technology company
- Experience with set-up, configuration, or administration of a SAAS software product
- Strong communication, demo’ing/training, and presentation skills with the ability to inspire others on the value SchoolMint
- Comfortable with data

Even Better:
- Background in implementing SAAS software with clients
- Education field experience, operations experience working in a public school/district, and/or EdTech experience
- Experience in a startup environment
- Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge for working with data sets/or SQL experience
- Knowledge of Pivotal Tracker, ZenDesk and/or Salesforce
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
