This Maintenance Technician will float between all three of our Baton Rouge apartment communities to help provide expedient service to our residents.

Qualifications

What you will do:

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician you will perform maintenance repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner; and, you will prepare vacant apartments for new residents to move in.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have experience with repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance matters. Other qualifications include EPA certification (we can certify you if necessary), a valid driver's license; and, the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
