Position Summary:
Supports the Implementation Project Leads in the conversion of new clients to Netchex. Assists in completing tasks/projects received from existing clients and assists in the collection and entering of company and employee data into the Netchex system. Accountable and responsible for all aspects of the Netchex quality service model that new and existing clients expect at Netchex.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Functions
New Company set up- Accurately enters data including but not limited to; employee demographic data, balances, deductions, PTO, GL accounts, direct deposits, payroll schedules
Organizes and files documents and folders for Netchex clients.
Verifies data entered by other Netchex associates.
Assists other departments in the completion of projects based on client/business needs.
Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a quality service image.
Assists with gathering pertinent information from clients
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Job Specifications
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or three or more years of office-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A college degree is highly preferred.
Prior experience in the payroll, financial and/or service industry.
The proven facility in MS Office, data entry and office equipment (i.e. telephone, headset, 10-key or calculator, PC, FAX machine, photocopier, scanner)
The proven facility in customer service, and problem resolution.
