Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Reports to: Electrical Superintendent

Location: Franklin

Status: Exempt, Salary

Hours: Full Time, 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. M-F

Potential for overtime on Weekdays and Weekends

Education or Required Experience:

• • 2 to 3 years supervisor experience
• • Fundamental knowledge in electrical systems as it pertains to boat building

Required Skills:

• • Advanced knowledge of Direct Current and Alternating Currents
• • Possesses excellent organizational skills
• • Must be able to follow schedules and deadlines
• • Provide problem solving for resource constraints
• • Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of 12 to 15 people
• • Must be able to completely yearly performance reviews on crew members
• • Must be able to work safely and promote a safety conscience culture
• • Employee must procure a number of specific tools; a list will be provided
• • Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics
• • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic Excel

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat or kneel regularly, as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks.
