Job Description:
Essential Job Functions

  • Processes customer requests by reviewing enrollment documents, sending information by USPS mail, email and fax.
  • Answers telephones and responds to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training. Forwards calls to appropriate personnel.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Customer service or other telephone experience a plus
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with computer software i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel

Other Qualifications

  • Basic business and analytical problem solving skills
  • Basic communication skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions

Work Environment

  • Office cubicle environment
